Critic is a recommendations ledger that lets you record the movies, shows, books, and restaurants you have experienced, what you want to try, and who influenced your taste. By using Critic, you agree to these terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You may not use Critic for any unlawful purpose.

Sender: Critic, a product of Casting Stats LLC (formerly BlueQuincy LLC)
Description: Transactional SMS text messages about recommendations, sparks (when someone loves a movie you recommended), and account activity. SMS is entirely optional — consent is not a condition of using Critic and is separate from these Terms.
By checking the SMS consent box and opting in, you agree to receive transactional SMS text messages from Critic, a product of Casting Stats LLC (formerly BlueQuincy LLC), at the phone number you provide. These messages are triggered by activity on your account and are not used for marketing or promotional purposes. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
Message frequency: Varies based on activity, typically 1–3 messages per week.
Message and data rates: Msg & data rates may apply. Check with your carrier for details.
Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from SMS notifications. You can also disable SMS in your profile settings.
Help: Reply HELP to any message for support, or email support@joincritic.com.
Supported carriers: Major US carriers supported. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy: Your mobile number and consent status will not be shared with or sold to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
Movie data is provided by TMDB. Your lists, attributions, and profile information belong to you. By using Critic, you grant us permission to display your public profile and movie lists to other users.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting hello@joincritic.com.
Critic is provided as-is. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.
